This rebate of US $10.00 is valid only for purchase of HandStoy Suite 2.3 (palm OS and Pocket PC). To qualify for the rebate, purchase must be made between 05/01/03 and 06/30/03.

To receive the $10 with the purchase of HandStory Suite, complete the following and mail to the address provided:

1. Completed Rebate Form

2. A copy of the purchase record you received from either Handango or PalmGear.

Instructions:

1. This rebate of US $10.00 is valid only for purchase of HandStory Suite 2.3 (Palm OS and Pocket PC). To qualify for the rebate, purchase must be made between 05/01/03 and 06/30/03.

2. Rebate fulfillment form must be postmarked on or before 07/31/03.

3. As proof of purchase, please provide a copy of the purchase record you received from either Handango or PalmGear.

4. Mail all required materials to Namo Interactive, Inc. Redemption Center, 92 Montvale Avenue, Suite 3850, Stoneham, MA 02180, Attn: HandStory Rebates Promotion

5. Any Rebate Request forms lost or misdirected by the Postal Service or other delivery services are not the responsibility of Namo Interactive, inc. or the Namo Interactive Inc. Redemption Center.

6. Illegible, fraudulent and incomplete forms will be considered invalid and ineligible.

7. Allow up to eight weeks for your rebate to arrive.

8. Rebate checks will be paid in U.S. dollars only. Rebate checks not cashed within 90 days of issuance are void and cannot be reisued. Uncashed check amounts become the property of Namo Interactive Inc.

9. This promotion is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

10. Duplicate submissions will constitute fraud.

11. Namo reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time.
